What This Policy Covers
This document refers strictly to Privacy Matters and concerns that you may have regarding your information, how it's stored and used and what happens with it when you provide it to me.
I have described our operations that would affect your privacy throughout this document in great detail, however I realize that you may still have questions. My staff will do everything possible to answer your questions and alleviate any fears you may have regarding your privacy in relation to my website and online business practices.
How I Collect Your Information
- Site Forms - If you complete one of my website's forms such as the form on our Contact Info page or Join My Mailing List Form, your information is then passed into my password protected database.
- Cookies -
Cookies are a small text file that my website places on
your computer in order for our site to recognize you when you log in to access my blog.
You should also know that a cookie can only be recognized by the website that places it on your computer. This means that, my website can locate the cookie I place, but my site cannot read any other cookie on your computer. Likewise, no other website can read my cookie on your computer.
We do NOT use tracking cookies. This is explained further below. - Email - If you send an email to me, I will retain your email address on file, along with the message you sent to me.

My lists are managed by an autoresponder system:
Aweber.com. Both autoresponder systems are reputable and practice protection of
my Clients' information. If they did not practice protection of privacy to the level that they

When you complete any form that you found when following a link that navigates to any of my promotional offers, regardless of how or where you located that link, you will be sending your name and email address to either Aweber's or Get Response's list management system. I am a customer of those two systems. Your information is only associated with my Client listings. No other customer of those two systems will have your information, unless you also sign up to one of their promotional or marketing lists.
PLEASE NOTE: I only employ those list companies, such as Aweber and GetResponse that follow and use the double opt-in system. That means that, once you submit your name and email address, you will have to check your email account, look for a message from me, and then once you've located it in your email software program, you'll have to click a link to confirm that it was indeed you who submitted your name and email address.
What Information I Collect
The information I collect is limited to that information you enter through any of my website's forms as described in the previous section.
Regarding my Mailing Lists, I collect your name, email address and in some cases, your IP address.
How We Use Your Information
- Contact Request Form -
Whenever you submit information through my Contact Form, I consider your submission to be a request that
I contact you. At the time that you submit your information I receive an auto-response
from our server letting us know that you requested me to contact you.
I answer each contact request personally, either by email or by telephone. I will use the information you submit through the form to respond to your request. - Mailing List, Product List or any other Promotional List - If you subscribe to, or join, our any of my list(s) you will be added to my Mailing List Records. You will periodically receive mailings that I feel may be of interest to you. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the Removal or Unsubscribe Instructions at the bottom of any email message. You may also contact me by telephone and our staff will remove you manually from our system.
- Free or Paid Memberships -
Regardless of whether you are a free member, or you've purchased a membership to Dads' Digital Workshop or
any forum I maintain, you are agreeing to recieve email from me letting you know when
information, products or services (as described above) are updated or made available.
This is NOT the same as being on one of my mailing lists.
How Your Information is Stored
If you pass information through one of my Site(s) forms, then we will store your information in our password secured database(s), which I periodically download to my company's internal network. I do not make any guarantees to the time or date when I will be performing such tasks. Your information will remain in our archives for as long as I am required to retain it as mandated by Federal and South Carolina State Laws.
If you join one my mailing list(s), then your information is stored by a 3rd party company such as Aweber or Get Response as previously explained in this document.
If you purchase a product, service, membership or such from one of my Site(s), then your payment information is maintained by the 3rd party processing company. Please see below for more details.
Our Responsibilities, Liabilities and Limitations Regarding Your Information
I will not sell, rent, lease, share or give your information to anyone not directly employed by Joseph L. Warren, unless I a, subpoenaed to do so by law enforcement authorities.
The only exception to this is if you violate any of the terms of this Policy or my Terms of Use, such as submitting child pornography or using my email addresses to send spam mail. I will then do everything within my power to submit your information to the proper authorities.
Although I make every effort to protect your information, I can not guarantee that I will never lose it, as "crashes" and other unfortunate events occur. Therefore I can not and will not be liable for any crimes against me or our website such as theft, hacking, copying, republishing, redistribution, or other such illegal actions performed by individuals/entities not associated with Joseph L. Warren.
3rd Party Shopping Carts and Purchasing Information
If you purchase anything from me online, you will be going through 3rd party processing companies such as Paypal. You will know, during your "check-out" process, the name of the 3rd party processor, since you'll be directed to their site in order for your payment to be processed.
You should take a couple of minutes to review their respective Privacy Policies to learn more about the security of your information.
I will not use any particular 3rd party processor if I think it to be unsafe or that it may jeopardize our clientele in any way.
Children's Privacy
My Site does not contain any information that would be of interest or value to children.
I do not knowingly target children in any of our advertisements or advertising campaigns, including email campaigns or offline direct mail campaigns.
If you are under the age of 18 years, you should not post anything through this website.
If you are a parent of under-aged children, you should supervise them when they are visiting this website.
If, by an oversight on my part, you are a child or the parent of a child who receives information from this website, or any of the websites owned by Joseph L. Warren, you should forward a copy of the email to mt immediately upon your receipt of the email.
